About Floriography
Hi, I’m Anne Lawrence, the florist and owner behind Floriography.
Floriography is a floral design studio creating flowers for elopements, intimate weddings, and special occasions. The name comes from the old “language of flowers,” where each bloom carries meaning, and that idea is at the heart of everything I make.
After nearly two years in a high-volume wedding venue floral studio and three years of freelance floral work, I realized my favorite part of this work is the more personal, meaningful celebrations. I now focus on seasonal, garden-inspired designs that feel natural, intentional, and beautiful.
When you work with Floriography, you can expect a calm, thoughtful experience and flowers made with care, attention, and heart.

For couples choosing something quieter, slower, and deeply personal. Elopement florals are designed to complement your day without overwhelming it. This typically includes a bouquet and boutonnière, with the option to add a small ceremony arrangement or a few thoughtful accents. Designs are garden-inspired, seasonal, and created to feel natural and meaningful to your setting.
Best for: courthouse weddings, mountain or forest elopements, and intimate destination days.
Intimate Weddings ~starting at $2,500-$3,200
For small weddings where every detail still matters. Intimate wedding florals are designed for gatherings with a limited guest count and a focus on atmosphere rather than scale. This may include personal flowers, a ceremony arrangement, and a few reception pieces such as a sweetheart table arrangement or small centerpieces. Each event is approached thoughtfully and custom-designed based on your vision, season, and setting.
Best for: micro-weddings, backyard weddings, and small venue celebrations.
Personal Bouquets ~starting at $125
For engagements, anniversaries, maternity photos, or simply marking a meaningful moment. These are hand-tied, custom bouquets designed with the same care and attention as wedding work, just on a smaller scale. Perfect for proposals, photo sessions, or as a thoughtful gift to yourself or someone you love.
